Do you accept commission inquiries?
I love suggestions and requests. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding custom work. Production time will vary depending on the piece and my time available. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement with the remaining balance due upon completion. Please be aware that all commission sales are final (no returns).

Do you offer a combined shipping discount for multiple item purchases?
On non-free shipping items. I offer a combined discount for multiple item purchases that are shipped together in one package. I can either refund the difference for shipping or you can contact me before remitting payment and I'll send you an updated invoice.
When can I expect my purchase to be shipped?
I do my very best to get packages out to my customers expeditiously. Often, I ship by the next business day after payment has been received, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours.
If requested, I will contact you once your package has been shipped.
How is my purchase packaged?
Purchased items are wrapped in tissue paper and an Organza Gift Pouch. The items are then securely enclosed in a bubble padded envelope for shipping.
Do you ship international?
Yes. I'm more than happy to ship international. . Please be aware that there are restrictions on shipping jewelry to certain countries. Therefore, in some instances, I will not be able to ship to those particular countries due to customs restrictions. International buyers are responsible for any VAT or customs duty charges in their respective countries. Credit card transactions are done via Paypal (all major credit cards accepted). The only restriction is that the credit card MUST be registered in a Paypal approved country. You don't need a Paypal account to order from me. I can send you an invoice via email through which you can remit a secure payment.
