If the shipping is free on a product, I am offering Canada Post AirMail service. If you require faster delivery, please let me know and we will work something out.
Returns are accepted if I am contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in exact condition as sent. Once a return is agreed upon, the item must be sent back within 48 hours and received within 5 days after that. A full refund of the purchase price less 15% restocking fee will be processed within 48 hours of receiving.
If there are extenuating circumstances to the return, the restocking fee may be waived.
